About me and what I offer
From my own experience of being in relationship, I know that difficult issues inevitably arise at times. Eventually I learnt that when issues were overwhelming, that with the right support and willingness to work, I found richer ways of relating and being. This awareness has inspired me to work as a couples therapist.
I work in a non-judgemental, confidential and compassionate way. With my sensitive, empathic listening, balanced awareness and professional experience, I help you both to find your way through challenges. The range of methods I use are finely tuned to suit your particular needs and together with your willingness to engage with this work, openings can emerge for more harmonious, satisfying and loving relating.
